11.00 am - 12.30 pm	Tai Chi in the gardens
1.00 pm	Lunch in the Garden Court Restaurant
2.00 pm - 3.00 pm	Tai Chi in the gardens
5.00 pm - 6.00 pm	Sunset Tai Chi
Day students can stay for sunset Tai Chi if they wish.
7.00 pm	Dinner in the Hind Restaurant

6.00 am - 7.00 am	Sunrise Tai Chi
7.30 am	Breakfast
Vacate rooms
9.00 am	Conference starts in Elizabeth Room
10.30 am	Morning tea
11.00 am	Conference restarts
1.00 pm	Lunch in the Garden Court Restaurant
2.00 pm	Conference restarts
3.45 pm	Conference finish

A deposit of $50 would be appreciated for full weekend students at time of booking.

All monies to be paid by the end of term one - week of Monday 3rd to Friday 7th April.

one	Queen size bed
two	Twin room
three	Suite. two rooms, one with a Queen size bed & sofa bed, the second with two single beds, suitable for 3 or 4 people. If you would like a suite please specify when booking, together with whom you would be sharing.
