Helps in the treatment of arthritis, diabetes and in the prevention of falls.

People who play Tai Chi regularly, seldom get headaches, colds or flu.

Tai Chi will help to restore balance and harmony to your body so that your immune system can do it's job.

It does not replace medical treatment or advice from your Doctor.
