From humble beginings in April 1980 Ken Pearsall was the lone Australian Academy of Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor in Newcastle. There are now
thirty four AATC certified instructors teaching Tai Chi in the Newcastle,
Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley & Central Coast Region. In addition to their
class work, these Instructors attend intensive training once a month on
the art of Khor Family Yang style Tai Chi and are graded once a year to
retain their certificate. We remain humble.
